Returns & Exchange

Freddy Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Freddy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our guidelines below.

Standard Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased after this period cannot be returned.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In original packaging with all labels attached.
    • Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Exclusions:
    • Underwear cannot be returned.
    • Light-colored garments must be returned without stains or marks. Please handle these items with care during try-on.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Returns must include a valid tracking number. Freddy is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Note: Returns beyond the 30-day policy will not be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange

Return Process:

  1. Ensure your return meets the policy criteria above.
  2. Package your item(s) in their original Freddy clear bag and include your invoice.
  3. Use any courier or postal service of your choice to send your parcel to the returns address below.
    • In Ireland: Use our discounted DPD returns service at DPD Returns.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email info@freddy.ie with your desired style and size for exchange.
  2. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange.

Please note, the warehouse does not accommodate public visits.


Faulty Items

We carefully inspect and package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please email info@freddy.ie immediately. Faulty items due to general wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.


Duties and Taxes

Customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient upon parcel arrival. If you are returning an item, ensure all duties and taxes are paid before shipping; otherwise, the item will not reach us.


Additional Information

  • Freddy is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit. Use a registered postal service to ensure delivery.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, report it to the courier at delivery.
  • Missed deliveries will require redelivery or collection as indicated by your courier.
