Sorry it didn't work out! Returning is easy:

1. Fill in the quick form below so we know what's coming back and why. Your feedback helps us improve our fit and sizing.
2. Pack your item(s) unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, in the original Freddy clear bag with your invoice.
3. Post it back to us. In Ireland, use our discounted DPD returns service (please choose your return reason there too), or any tracked courier or postal service, to:

No need to wait for a reply: once you've submitted the form, you can send your parcel straight away. We'll email you once it arrives and your exchange, store credit or refund is processed.
